You can pay using PayPal, or via credit card, debit card.

As soon as I've received your payment I will start working on your item, and ship it to you as soon as it's done.

As all work is made to order, please note that I cannot accept cancellations once I've started work on your order.


I am happy to ship to international destinations.

Shipping is always standard 2nd Class delivery unless otherwise stated. If you need your item to be delivered sooner, please let me know and I can adjust the price accordingly.

As soon as I've shipped the item I will let you know and I always get proof of postage to assist with any claims should anything go missing.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with any non-personalised items, you are of course entitled to a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

If items are damaged in transit I will send you a new one, but please keep in mind that I will have to remake the item, so please allow time for this.

If an item doesn't arrive then I will investigate that with Royal Mail. Please be aware that for international orders - those I'm posting to outside the UK - we are required to wait 28 days before the item can be classed as missing.
